Bot Corner believes in and stands behind all of our robots. That's why all robots purchased from our authorized dealers are powered by manufacturer's limited warranty. Here are the basic facts on how it works:

How long does the limited warranty work?

Bot Corner robots have twelve-months, limited warranty for parts only, excluding the battery. Battery has a six-month limited warranty, both when sold with the robot or as an accessory. All limited warranties begin on the date of purchase.

Does the limited warranty depend on where I bought my cleaning bot?

Yes, the limited warranty is valid only on products bought through authorized dealers and used in India. Buying through an unauthorized dealer or using a product outside of India automatically voids the limited warranty. Proof of purchase will be required prior to receiving limited warranty service.

How does the extended warranty work?

In addition to limited warranty, Bot Corner is offering a three-month extended warranty upon registering your robot on our website using the robot’s serial number.

Do I have to register my bot to activate the extended warranty?

Yes. Your robot’s serial number must be registered to activate the extended warranty service.

What is covered?

The Bot Corner limited warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship that might occur during normal use of your robot. Consumable components like brushes and filters are not covered. Defects resulting from physical damages, improper maintenance, unauthorized repairs or failure to follow operational instructions are not covered. Damage caused by the use of accessories and parts, including batteries, that were not manufactured by Bot Corner voids the limited warranty.

How do I claim limited warranty service?

Bot Corner offers amazing support for all of our products. We know how to keep our robots healthy (and how to fix them when they’re not). Robot owners must contact our Customer Care Help desk or authorized dealers to claim your limited warranty in event of any defects noticed. Our Technical Support & Service representatives will guide with the next steps.
